Project overview
The Kaduna Refinery Revamp was a landmark turnaround project that restored a critical piece of Nigeria's downstream infrastructure. Energy Consulting Practice took on the EPCM management role following the original contractor's withdrawal, inheriting a partially dismantled CDU and a tight political timeline. Over 22 months, our team managed 14 sub-contractors, resolved 200+ design deviations, and completed the project within the revised budget. The refinery returned to full operation in Q3 2023.
