The Bonny LNG Train 7 expansion FEED was one of the most complex engineering studies Energy Consulting Practice has undertaken. Our team of process, mechanical, structural, and marine engineers worked alongside the client's technical authority to develop a full FEED package compliant with LNG export facility standards. Key deliverables included process simulation and equipment sizing for the liquefaction train, revised jetty mooring analysis for larger LNG carriers, utilities and offsite modifications, and a detailed cost estimate with ±10% accuracy.
